Company was founded in 2000 with the aim of identifying patterns of genetic variation between individuals and using this information to improve patient care and identify the genetic basis of diseases
Currently, the role of proteins of the p53 family is being actively discussed both in the framework of the pathogenesis of chronic lymphoproliferative diseases and in the light of the growing interest in the therapeutic potential of the so-called small molecules that can influence the regulatory "relationship" of p53, MDM2, p21, and PUM molecules.
Our company is one of the leaders in the implementation of new methods diagnostics and treatment using drugs based on the properties of p53, MDM2, p21 and PUM molecules.

Our Story
The main directions of scientific research of the Center for Collective Use "BIOTECH-R53"
- Determination of the effect of modifications of proteins and nucleic acids on their biological activity.
- Development of new methods for molecular diagnostics of human and animal diseases.
- Development of analogues of biologically active compounds as the basis for the creation of new generation drugs.
- Search for new factors involved in the regulation of gene expression.
- Development of new molecular biological approaches to anticancer therapy.
- Molecular genetic analysis of rare human tumors.
- Identification of diagnostic, prognostic and predictive markers in different types of cancer.
- Study of the features of the energy metabolism of tumor cells.
- Development of methods of "liquid biopsy" - the use of methods of non-invasive analysis of tumor material, including the study of single tumor cells and circulating nucleic acids.
- Editing the genome and the use of post-genomic technologies for its analysis.
- Genetics of aging and longevity.
